This site is under construction. Some elevators to the top work, some don't. You breathe in massive amounts of dust while riding the elevators. The plaza at the top is quite depressing, and few of the monuments are marked. Overall a disappointment. more

It's a wonderful architecture and it.s also a wonderfull place for walking, having some coffee and see all the city more
