Locality around the Manjil creates a lot of traffic problems which at times discourage anyone from visiting. Apart from that, the inside decor requires good lighting and some knowledgeable tourist guides or brochures to inform the tourists of the gorgeous history this place has.

yes indeed it is a bit of strange museum, but for a couple of cents you can spoil your whole afternoon walking from one to another room full of interesting stuff. yes do not expect a high class museum, and master pieces for sure got missing due to bad management, but it does provide you with a rather complete overview... A pathetically preserved collection of excellent artifacts in a warehouse like ambiance with improper lighting, clueless staff, and tacky geological displays. A typical government museum where no-one seem to care. Don't use the toilets there if you want to keep your lunch down.

there are often different exhibitions going on and from such a venue you would expect some notice boards in english, but youcan hardly find them. people there often don't speakenglish so you can easily get lost & miss the event you came for...
