well there is a museum and ofcourse some interesting stuffs to see but that would attract the history minded poeple only! should not go there when it is hot......otherwise you can have a good time in natural beauty

What do write about an old five star hotel that looks dated? Just remember that it is a government owned hotel and at the end of the day, some services leave more to be desired. However, great location, right in the middle of Dhaka and old town.

I was here earlier today and I really enjoyed myself. The traffic to and fro is crazy but that is life in Bangladesh. The Folk Art exhibit was a bit cheesy at times and several of the displays were currently undergoing renovations but some that were there were interesting and gave one a better understanding of life in the village.... Visited this place a number of times for work. It is close to Dhaka but one has to negotiate a formidable traffic jam to reach there.
