A must to visit if you are looking for Sri Lankan handicraft. You get variety at a reasonable rate. Prices are fixed and its government run so chances are low of being cheated or buying over priced items. Laksala Address - No 60, York Street (Fort) Colombo This is a great place if you want to buy things for your house/flat etc (decorations). It is also good for those last miute presents for your friends back home - to give them a taste of SL. I shall post more info as I get it. I will also post... more
