FOr childs it is great to visit such this place, and recognize that quantity of sea life, but for adults you will not enjoy that much as you already have National Geography :) You will enjoy the time, and may be they extend it and make another extension , will make spending more time worthy for the ticket price

ISTANBUL’S HOTTEST NEW FAMILY ATTRACTION, IS THE COOLEST PLACE IN TOWNTurkey’s first giant aquarium: TURKUAZOOWe have welcomed over 1.000.000 visitors in 10 months. Turkuazoo is Turkey’s first giant aquarium over 8.000 sqm. We display over 10.000 sea creatures including sharks, giant stingrays and groupers, piranhas and octopus in 29 different exhibits. The largest holds 5 million liters of water. A moving walkway takes our visitors through 80 meter long underwater tunnel/AN UNDERWATER SAFARI.The 270 degrees panoramic room offers visitors a view of marine life.

Istanbul akvarym is near the Attaturk airport and its somethng that deserve to be a wonder of the world.... so much attractive that i almost missed my flight while spending time there....

Its in a mall called the Istanbul Forum that made it so easy to get to, and spend the day there. it has the longest tunnel aquarium in Europe.

Very good aquarium with many species of sea creatures coming from all over the world, many shows are included and you can play with some fish in the touching pool. Still the most amazing is the diving experience, with the instructor you can safely see sharks at one meter distance (or less).
