A small mosque with beautiful blue mosaics. The entrance, located in a street with lots of small shops, can be a bit hard to find! For the ladies: don't forget to bring something to cover your hair.

The ceramic tiles are gorgeous in this Sinan-designed small mosque. It's close to the Spice Market in Eminonu so easy to visit.

This mosque is more impressive than the Blue Mosque as its proportions are so balanced and the beauty and serenity is more enjoyable as there are few tourists... its difficult to find....

This is a beautiful small mosque with lovely tiles and we actually thought more stunning than the much more hyped Blue Mosque

Definitely worth a visit. Lovely tiles, great architecture. Respect the fact that it is a functioning mosque !

Small and beautiful mosque. The Imman greeted us and was very nice. It is located near the Bazar de las Especias.

The tiles inside this small mosque took my breath away. We stayed here for a long time enjoying their beauty, and it was nice to have only a few people around rather than the big crowd at the Blue Mosque.

Another mosque by the great architect Sinan but with a much different feel due to the extensive use of interesting tiles.
