Take a walk in this area and enjoy the seaside and the park by the water. Also, see a different side of Istanbul where the expensive restaurants are. You can find the Porches and the Ferraris on winding streets of Bebek. Houses in this area are said to cost millions of Euros. There is a shop here in front of...

Bebek's traffic is abysmal. Istanbul is a collection of 'villages' and there are shoreline villages closer to the center for tourists. For the bustle yet closer, I prefer Ortakoy. For less bustle, but all the flavor, try Arnavutkoy which is the village before Bebek.
Pros: - many shops to do window shopping
- alot of restaurants that are very tastey
- easy to get to and alot of transportation stations are there.
- i recommend to go to it more than one time. there areNO SCAMS here.
Cons: - no directions or tourist information points.
- expensive everything
- very over priced super clubs...

You should arrive here in any time of the day but preferably in the afternoon. First have a walk on the seaside (you can walk until Ortakoy from here although it is a long way), then...

When you are at this part of Istanbul and have a little time left, do a walking tour there and enjoy the...

We stayed in Laleli and for some reason we were recommended to go to Bebek park. The way to the park was long but interesting. However the park itself was nothing special.
