Went there to watch the rugby. Very unfriendly barmen with no charm. Lack of pub grub. Whoever heard of serving popcorn or chickpeas with beer? Please. Men using women's toilets. This place has no charm or anything good about it. You are better off in the James Joyce if you want a good atmosphere.

love this place, always has the rugby on, its always open when you need it to be, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and really great not only to tourists but the expat community too 0 speak fluent english.

Yes expensive, but you do get TV coverage of main events and simultaneous coverage at that, so could be several Premier games, F1, cricket, rugby etc. If you want sports, it's the place to be. THE pub in sultanahmet. So much fun. Great atmosphere, freindly staff, not the cheapest beer. Got blind and had no trouble from any security, didn't even see them. Styled as an irish bar, staffed by locals, the place has a certain charm. the only complaint is the distance from the bar to the bathrooms.
