Or at least if you do - try to get your facts right! It is indeed a unique spot and speaking as an Englishman who loves the green hills and running rivers of Wales I also love (though thats not the right word) this awe inspiring site of worship, prayer, meeting, archaeology and different societies which are doing their best... more

The wailing wall is situated in East Jerusalem, which is territory that is occupied by Israel and is not a part of Israel. more

You must see the Old City when you go to Jerusalem. The Western Wall oif the Temple Mount, the "Kotel" was the highlight of my trip. I'm not a religious person at all but I respect the fact that this site is very important to the Jewish people and it was well worth visiting just for the experience. A real experience - i visited in the day and at night. All different religions coming together. Great for colourful photos of pilgrims and tourists etc - i watched a barmitzvah too which was fascinating.
