There's a very nice Saturday morning tour along Rothschild Boulevard to view the Bauhaus architecture. The tour is free and the guide I had personable and quite knowledgeable. The tour lasts a couple of hours and ends in a location convenient for lunch and a stroll in Neve Tzedek

Yesterday I took a guided walking tour of Bauhaus Tel Aviv with Yona Wise. I found her knowledgeable and engaging. The tour included Rothschild Street and streets off Rothschild and encompassed original and newly renovated buildings. I even got a sneak peek into an interior lobby! I would recommend the tour for anyone who wants to know more about Bauhaus/White... More

Most bauhaus buildings were not preserved very well. Hopefully new city laws and reconstruction projects will change this situation.

Being very taken in by the architectural qualities of Bauhaus visiting the different areas of Tel Aviv' s White City was a great experience. Restoration and maintenance remains a challenge but in general the White city is well preserved and represents a coherent and friendly living environment.
