This is a nicely set museum easily seen within 2-3 hours with a well round up panorama of the topography, archaeology, ethnography and history of the country. There are days for families and singles, so check the schedule before heading there

Good Sound Effects, not crowded. Nice to visit if you want something cultural. It covers the history and geology in Arabia, Islam History, Al Saud State History, and a big section on the the two holy mosques expansion during the Saudi era. Good Musiem.

A must visit if you are in Riyadh. Make sure you check the schedule carefully as there are specific times for family, for women only, and for men only.

I was very impressed with the museum for its scope and its overall quality of presentation. The majority of materials is in Arabic, which I cannot read, but good summaries of displays were available in English throughout.

Beautifully set exhibition with lots of information. Many interesting things to see -- in fact one should bring more time than I did to visit this museum. It was a pity that most of the videos were in Arabic only. We were part of a conference, so a meal was arranged after the visit: really good local food!

It's a huge museum with lots of information and films to watch several places. The films are not subtitled in English, so that can be a problem to understand. Also, one has to call the museum before heading there to find out if it's family time, girls' time etc. But the museum itself is very impressive and is very informative.
