Wonderfully designed museum, great for children and adults alike. The burial mounds that have been transferred and set up inside the museum are astonishing. So are the other displays, not to mention the overall architecture and design.

Enjoyable museum, gives you a lot of the history of the region which is great, as Bahrain is one of the most historical of the Gulf states, good exhibition on as well, worth a visit

Have been here 3 times as I always take visitors there if only for a quick look around. Very well organised, big - covers a lot of different aspects of Bahrain history, life and people. Varied items to look at although some were not clearly marked as to their significance, age etc but generally very informative. Easy to get to... More

again a very pleasant surprise, went to the museum for other reason, ended up visiting and loved it!
