It is one of the few true historic sites remaining in Bahrain. It is quite beautiful and very intersting. Close to the airport. more

What I loved about the old fort was the obvious church next to the Mosque - it seems that this part of the world has had a history of tolerance for many hundreds of years. It was a hot day but well worth the visit. more

Bahrain Fort is must-see landmark in Bahrain. Easy to find it. Its on the seaside, surrounded by some excavation areas of archeological sites. We couldnt go inside, be reminded the fort may be closed on the public holidays but you can enter the area and walk around. Nice scenery.. more
