This is a very good shopping mall but has only one down side. On Fridays there are security gaurds on the door to stop anyone who is not a Qatari or white from entering. They call it family day but in reality it is not. Myself andmany other European ex pats do not go there on Fridays more

I've lived in Doha for over four years and love the City Center Mall. I shop at many of the stores (Carrefour, Debenhams, Next, ELC, etc.) and enjoy Extreme World (although it's pricey) and the movies there. They get newish movies and if you ignore where they cut out kisses, etc., they're fine. more
