Absolutely beautiful! A must see for residents and visitors just the same.

Definitely worth the trip to see this. They run free tours during the morning so if you get there around 10am you can get the guided visit which is better.

This is a great mosque that took several years to build. It is one of the largest mosques in the world. the decoration inside is amazing and the carpet is huge. It has a library and it is the place for people who like photography.

The mosque is so grand and very large. many pillars with palm design. Inside of the mosque is decorated with Swarovski crystal. Beautiful and I recommend you to have a visit. Please follow the rules and respect the tradition when you are in the mosque. You can take beautiful pictures inside of the building.

If you only do 2 things in Abu Dhabi make it Ferrari World and the Grand Mosque. If you are not that way inclined religiously then go for it's beauty and architecture. We were on holiday staying with friends and we travelled to see UAE. This mosque is exceptional a must to visit and one must do the escorted tour our guide was knowledgeable, fantastic.
