Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We arrived the first time just after 12 to see that it closed 12 to 2 for lunch. We came back after 2 to find it still closed. As we looked through the locked gate a workman came to say it was closed.

So - the opening hours don't mention the lunch closure and it doesn't say anywhere about when it reopens.

Enrique Grau was one of Colombia's great painters of the twentieth century. Before his death in 2004, Grau created a body of work that is displayed in museums and galleries across Colombia and the world.

His quirky and fascinating house survives in the north of Bogota, in a neighborhood quickly being overrun by bland, high-rise apartment buildings. Unfortunately, the foundation charged with preserving this delightful little island of art does not give the building the respect it deserves -- on a recent visit, the foundation director's son was busy watching blaring cartoons in Grau's living room, making it pretty much impossible to observe the important paintings on display there. And we, the only visitors there, were all but ignored, except for a shady maintenance man who demanded 10,000 peso as we left. Still, the house, which seems untouched since Grau's death, remains a treasure providing an intimate look into the artist's life.
