This is a world class collection of the folk art (and other) of Paraguay. The only downside is the paucity of labelling. But it is well displayed and well worth a visit. The museum shop stocks good quality artifacts from indigenous communities and local craftsmen. Werll worth a trip. more

Excellent gallery. Huge collection of indigenous art and artefacts, historical paintings and contemporary artwork. Shop selling some art books in English as well as Spanish. Visited every time I'm in Asuncion. Very knowledgable guides. A creative oasis. more
