Many missed this sight because it is not well covered compared to other landmarks in the city. The Buddha was built at the same time as the Reclining Buddha in Chaukhtatgyi Paya, and the Buddha reflect yet another aspect of the amazing Reclining Buddha. “A most unique version of Buddha”

This pagoda and Buddha image is actually quite easy to find. If one visits the Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, the Ngar Htat Gyi Pagoda is right across the street! (and also on Shwe Gon Daing Rd).
