This is a lovely place about 30 minutes drive out of Tbilisi town. This place is a UNESCO world heritage center, and is worth a visit. This is an active religious complex of the Georgian Orthodox church and as such there are cultural dos and don't- everyone should cover knees and shoulders at all times, women should wear a headscarf., men remove hats. Ideally women should wear a skirt- noone will say anything if you don't, but it is more respectful. Don't take photos during services... More
