Al-Qalaa is located atop of hill with a great view of one side of Cairo. Well spread location, one needs to be walking a lot to cover the whole place. Beautiful architecture

The Citadel was pretty interesting. You have great views of Cairo, you can see the pyramids in a distance and another big mosque in the city. There is an old military museum there that you can visit. Not much to see , except for the view. Everybody tries to make a buck.
