I had heard a lot of hype about Coptic Cairo and it is amazing, just not what I expected it to be. My tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgable, but it was basically just looking at the Jewish synagogue, Coptic Christian church, and Muslim mosque within the one block. Well worth the visit, but the hype was not warranted...... More

If you planning to buy a memory Souvenir from Egypt, visit here. Prices are not fixed, need to bargain. They quote atleast double, so if some one quotes 50 Egyptian Pounds, ask for 25 Pounds. Plenty of items to see and buy.

This place is a definite must see for people who prefer the less touristy areas whilst traveling. You need a good few hours to do this trip but it is well worth it and you feel touched when you leave.
