While it's interesting to peak inside a large communicate style build it's about 3 seconds of interest and I'm a person who enjoys architecture and history.
Pros
* Seeing the building itself where their government meets.
Cons
* They do very little inside the building to provide plaques, information about each of the rooms, key historical happenings in each etc....
