The Mongkok Markets are no secret for visitors to Hong Kong because of the handful of good and interesting street markets in this area. While it is the Ladies (night) Market that seems to grab most of the attention here, it is the goldfish market that has always been our favorite. We just love taking guests here and seeing the... Wow! I visited Goldfish Street with two small children and spent a whole morning amazed by the incredible quantity and variety of fish, frogs, turtles, beetles/tarantulas, mice/gerbils, and other small pets. The kids were absolutely captivated and had to be prodded along from store to store. The Flower Market and Yuen Po Street Bird Garden are a short walk away... More

Easy access from some other markets in Mong Kok, keep walking up same street Tung Choi street that the Ladies market is in, and it's just at the north end of that same street. It is an amazing street full of Tropical fish shops. Why they're all placed together is anyones guess, I think they haven't heard of capturing the... More

This interesting street is filled with fish shops; where you can see many fishes packed in plastic bags hung outside the shops. This sight alone makes the trip here worthwhile. There are also many types of exotic pets here. This street is in Mong Kok, and is within the vicinity of Flower Street, Sportswear Street (Fa Yuen St), Bird Street... More

This tourist attraction is a must in Kowloon. Fish every where. Small fish, medium fish, goldfish, even nemo. The most fascinating sights are the fish in plastic bags hanging on walls.

I love the Goldfish street and shops. They sell so many exotic and beautiful fish, turtles, lizards, salamanders, Rhino beetles and other interesting animals, its so very interesting to browse and take a few pictures. The Goldfish market is one of the truly exotic places we have in Hong Kong and should be visited during a trip to HK. However,... More
