What a place! The atmosphere is electric and I had to keep pinching myself as I looked around all the buildings lit up at night and then watched the horses racing. We lost! But go, it's not to be missed.

Huge experience and lots of fun! Met people from all around the world, and never quite experienced a race track like that before. I even won!

Always wanted to do this and it a lot of fun - Hot May night - just a real buzz we bought $100HK tourist ticket to members which was nothing special - next time I will just go with the locals for $10HK A must do in HK

We stayed in the beer garden area because suits and heels are required up above. It is great atmosphere!

Being a seasoned horse-race aficionado, I cannot rate highly enough the atmosphere of the night races at Happy Valley race course. The prize money on offer and the total pool gambled is unbelievable. beautiful clean stadium, nice cold beer, nice food, great atmosphere horses so close you can touch them cheap entry great night out, couldn't believe it took me so long to get here!! amazing night view as well

I can't believe how packed the place was.....apparently the course generates a ton of money for the city (makes up for the low income tax in HK and lack of sales tax in HK)
