This is the first neighborhood I got to know while in Hong Kong. Centrally located for Kowloon and close to everything.

TST is a must-go for Hong Kong! It's so stereotypically Hong Kong - all the hustle and bustle, floods of tourist, SHOPPING, food, and it's multi-cultural. (Sorry I forgot to mention the museums but it's not our strength when compared to Europe or Beijing) Visit the TST promenade, do some crazy (window) shopping on Canton Road, watch the mass of... You can shop till you drop in Tsim Sha Tsui! Loved all the big shopping malls with all brands within them - food courts and stuff.

We go quite often to HK and one of our thing is to go to that Cantonese cantine in Tsim Sha Tsui, have some nice lunch. Always worth it.

I stayed at Hello Inn in Mirador Mansion 2 mins away from the TST station while I was in HK. Every morning for 3 days I woke up to the hustle bustle of the city and there's so much energy on the streets. If it's your first time to HK be warned of grumpy and impatient locals. I personally like... More
