Many of these "attractions" listed here are really the same - for example, Nathan Road runs through Mongkok, which also is home to other attractions like the ladies market and temple street market. Bottom line is that this whole area is abuzz with activity at all hours, ablaze with neon, lots to see and watch at all times. Every step... more

I had heard that Mongkok was busy - reportedly one of the most densely populated areas in the world by square mile. However I wasn't prepared for how busy the Mongkok Computer Centre was, on Nelson St/Fa Yuen St! I can't believe nobody's written a review about Mongkok yet! I went in April 2005. I'm not normally a big-city person so I found the dense crowds, flashing neon, and wall-to-wall vendors a bit overwhelming and amazing at the same time.
