A wonderful trip, very easy to do. However, be VERY AWARE that you need advance reservations, sometimes a month in advance, or you won't get on a tour. You MUST get a permit in advance, which you can ONLY get at the town office, 2 hours away by car, in Puerto Princessa. If you think you are just going to... More

It was my second time to visit the Underground River but it never fails to give me that feeling of excitement when we are at the Cathedral. It was really an amazing site. I wish that they would allow tourists to see beyond the usual range because they said that there are more spots to see such as the fossil..... More

God's hidden paradise. Nothing to dislike. It was awesome, the guides had good sense of humour but if dont speak Tagalog, you may not understand everything the guide is saying. Our tour guide's name was Piolo Pasyal and he was hilarious!

Believe it or not, its one of the world's most amazing natural attraction. Now considered as one of the seven new wonders of the world .. Its simply breath-taking! Seeing God's works through these beautiful natural wonders is something that I will never forget. Inside the long, dark, cold cave you will see stalactites and stalagmites in different forms and... The tour of the Underground River was itself fascinating. I had seen the Callao caves in Tuguegarao many years back and always marvelled at how Nature manages to carve such wonders. The cathedral like caves in this spot were equally amazing. I was a bit amused by our boatman,Joyce, who tried to put some entertainment into the otherwise humdrum trip.... More

It was just a cave with a river through it, the one in Mexico is longer. Lots of waiting around (we waited for 2hours)for your queue to board the "overloaded and about to tip over" boat to the cave. The tourists both local and foreigners get herded into a tiny boat that is 1 inch away from sinking.

We booked this tour through our B&B, the Mercedes Bed and Breakfast. We loved this tour and our tour guide was tons of fun and had lots of flair. He shared lots of information about the Philippines, which was so nice. The tour in the UG River was about 20-30 mins, which was just the perfect amount of time. The... More
