Plenty of tarsier to see up close (just don't touch!). It was smaller than I had expected but still glad that I went. Not sure why everyone else seemed to be using flash as most of my pictures came out great without it (my camera did have some problems focusing on them but that wasn't a flash issue). more

The Tarsier foundation should be the only place allowed where tourist can see the tarsier. DO NOT go see them at loboc river, they are kept in small cages and their life is considerably shortened by so much stress. The Tarsiers are indeed tiny - small enough to fit in the plam of an adult's hand. They are nocturnal.
