To get there you can take a trike for 50 PHP but I recommend renting a catamaran off White Sands Beach for 500 PHP per hour which will take you around the south part of the island (aprox 40 minutes) and anchors right off Crocodile Island (named that cause it looks like a Crocodile from afar). I am notb an expert on coral reefs so I will leave it to others to judge whether fairly large numbers of tourists snorkelling have led to reefs off Boracay Island, Philippines adjacent to Crocodile Island.
