It is a nice way for an evening view of the lights and scene on Mt Faber and Sentosa Island. We had dinner at the Jewel Box on Mt Faber after and it was a lovely prelude the evening.

This is best done on a clear day. Take the return ride from the Hill Station or Sentosa - otherwise it is over very quickly. One way is $24 and return is $27 - so the return option is a no-brainer. We took the cable car up to the top and then back down to the shopping centre. I would say the views from the cable car are worth the trip but there is nothing particularly worthwhile at the top of the cable car. We did not have to queue at all so it was an easy and efficient trip.

Used the Jewel Cable Car Ride last September 2011 going to Sentosa Island and I should say that this is the best Cable Car we've taken. It is better to pay more and enjoy the modern and new jewel cable car an feel that your in the top of the world.

We took both way trip instead of day to day using of express train to main land and it was really nice, because of night view over the city.

Nice to travel in a cable car but the ticket price is too expensive.

The cable car was well worth visiting since we were on Sentosa and had the Sentosa Play Pass (note: you can not purchase the PlayPass at the inland mountain stop!) The view was fun and you could relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the sights.
