I have attended some dessert baking and cooking classes and my daughter who comes down to Singapore from New Jersey, USA, never fails to attend one course or another - Thai, Malaysian cooking at Ubin island, Chinese. Excellent value for money. I'd recommend Ruqsana any day!

We had a morning session, we started from scratch by making our own fish stock. Very helpful team, and the food was very nice. It's a bit expensive, but you get value for money! Would definetely recommend it!
