We booked 2 tours on the 10th and 11th May through viator.com. We confirmed pickup from our hotel at the Marina Bay Sands for the Night Safari Tour on the 10th May, however the lady I spoke to (I believe it was Annie) did not advise where we would be picked up. “Run late! Qantas/Isango reccomend this company?!!”

Booked two tours on Qantas website. Both tours were late with pick up and then we had to hang around their depot as they tried to organize which bus and passengers were going where. We felt rushed at the breakfast at the zoo and at Sentosa. The guides were very nice, but. It all seemed a bit slapped together.

I completely agree with the above review and wish i had read it before our trip! We also did the breakfast with orangutans/singapore zoo tour with this company & it was so rushed we couldn't enjoy it. “Good if you are on a very tight time schedule”

Would not recommend unless you don't have enough time to do otherwise, and like guided tours where the tour guide races at a hundred mikes an hour and leaves you behind. Would recommend the HOP ON HOP OFF bus instead and make your own way round. Our 4 hour trip to breakfast witht the orangutans was only just over 2... More
