The Jungle Breakfast lets diners get up close with the zoo’s impressive orangutans, the first of many shows that drive home the zoo's mantra of conservation. The Rainforest KidzWorld (bring swimsuits) is popular, and the acclaimed open-conceptdesign brings visitors right up to the animal habitats. « less

I warmly recommend a day at the Singapore zoo. It is a beautiful zoo, a pleasure for visitors and, one would think, for animals. All the animals in the zoo look like they are quite happy with their space, "privacy", and thus they are quite something to see. Not the usual place with unhappy, neurasthenic animals... I go there quite... More

Singapore Zoo is one of the top 3 zoos in the world, (along with San Deigo & Melbourne), and it is easy to see why. There is such a wide variety of animals to see and the shows that are also put on are well done. I reckon the easiest way to get there is by taxi, and it costs... More

Singapore Zoo is amazing! You feel like you are entering a jungle when you walk through the entrance as there are monkeys running along between the trees just over your head! There is a large number of different animals in different themed areas i.e. Australian outback, jungle cats etc. It's a good idea to follow the various feeding schedules as... More

Thie Singapore zoo is the best. It is located in such a beautiful and natural surrounding. The zoo is well maintained and very interactive. It is a must for both young and old. Very easy to get to and has very good amenities.

The zoo gardens were extensive and the tram really helped take us around. We enjoyed the shows and the kids area is a good place to unwwind esp during a hot day since a part of the play area is water-themed. It does get really hot and so it's nice to go early . My son enjoyed the pony and... More

This is an all day outing, we booked a tour but ended up staying and not returning with our tour group, the bird show, the elephants and the seals were so good, suitable for all ages. A boat ride on the Seletar reservoir was relaxing and very enjoyable.

Singapore Zoo, probably is the only zoo in the world with the most reproduced animals. They have provided so many animals to different zoos through out the world. With lots of themed areas, the zoo is a must visit for nature enthusiasts and kids alike. I visited with my twin daughters who had their birthday and hence got a free... More

Whenever we have friends or family visit us here in Asia we like to take them to Singapore Zoo. It's innovative in the way many of the animals almost seem free to roam around the zoo. To stop look up and see all many of Ape climbing above your head is very exciting. The animals on little island not behind... More

Busy place, but great for kids and adults alike, the ride on the train going around looking at the animals at night was fun; the evening show and the whole professional attitude was good

Best zoo I have been too. :) You can have breakfast with the orangutan (you need to specially book for this) there are other small animals to view as well. They do take a photo of you to print out but this can be pricey. Animal feedings happen on a schedule so if you there and pay the small fee... More
