I was met promptly at the appointed time by 2 of the 3 tour guides. We met the other tour guide along the way. We paid 50 % in advance and didn't know what to expect. But Sven and Carlos were great guides and really kind. They picked us up at our Hotel and showed us Santiago for around 8 hours.
