This cooking school was really worthwhile. We chose to cook the fish dishes and made cerviche and a fried fish dish. The owner took us to the local market and explained all the local ingredients. We had a great time! The best part was the visit to the Market! What an experience! We made Lomo Saltado for the class. Tasted great and was a very fun time. The class was held outside- and it was a bit cold- dress warm!

4 of us took the lunch class and it was great. Yurac, the chef, was very accomodating as he substituted dishes for our vegetarian daughter that were excellent as were the cerviche and chicken dishes the rest of us made. Friendly, instructive and great food
