Enigma claims to cater to dietary needs with their qualified chefs- we asked for gluten-free and vegetarian meals. We were served white flour daily and one of our meals had chicken in it. did the 4d/3n Inca Trail with Enigma in Oct 11. Can highly recommend, good food, small group, well chosen timings and camp sites, good guide commentary on sites and fauna. Made it to Machu Picchu as first group early in the morning, also well worth it!
