Avenida El Sol is just a commercial business street, there is no attraction to it, except that the Santo Domingo church is along this street. This is the area of Cusco that seemed the most like Lima. There were lots of stores and lots of people hurrying to and fro. Altogether the least interesting part of Cusco, we used it simply as a thoroughfare to get from one place to the next. You can get tickets to Sacsayhuman and some other attractions here.

this is mainly a business street with some international banks, money exchange, and many stores. Towards the middle and end it becomes an area for the locals so beware. It is kind of a pathetic street historically because the covered a beautiful river in Inca times with this comparative eye soar.
