Miraflores is easily the best place to do some shopping when in Lima, you have Larcomar and Ave. Larco itself, we also found some very cool clothing boutiques aswell a few blocks of Larco on Calles Ocharan and San Martin. more

Ohh the restaurants! The shopping. The parks. It is a very beautiful district of lima. Obviously the higher end side of the city with excellent restaurants. Nearby is Larcomar which I found to be a little expensive but very nice shops. For the ladies, definetely a place to go. Nice cafes as well. I also went down to the beach... more

I go to Miraflores every year and I can say that it is one of the safest cities I have ever visited. Taxis are cheap, I definitely wouldn't recommend to rent a car. Peru is well-known in South America for its cuisine, and once again the prices are a bargain. There is an artisan market close to Miraflores Central Park... more
