This museum showcases a lot of colonial art, it is like in a mansion, the gardens are beautiful (palmer trees!). I found it interesting to get to know more about the way Spanish imposed their religion to the natives more

We really appreciate this museum in Barranco. First the area is stunning, situated in the bohemian area, the Pedro de Osma museum has quite a good collection of colonial art, it was well interesting although we were told we weren´t allowed photos...The museum is located in a private colonial mansion. Visited last week. What a fantastic building and collection of art and furniture. Also cameras are allowed which is refreshing. The silver collection is stunning. For a great day out the resteraunt around the corner (attached by a tunnel to the Museum) is expensive by Peruvian standards, but not too bad by western standards and it is truely 5 star!... more
