When you visit Montevideo, you must go to the Teatro Solis, surely one of the most beautiful theaters in the world. It has recently been renovated--and the results are magnificent. Obviously, Uruguayans truly love the arts for a country to build such an impressive edifice devoted to drama, music, and dance. Young and old regularly attend plays, recitals, and concerts... more
