I would give it a very good rating if it was not for the toilet. It was very dirty and there were no toilet papers nor soap. The building itself was great.

I spent all my time with very interesting muscian ( he was playing "tulum" near by building and looking at books and small gifts are sold infront of the building. Sorry for not give useful info for the building...
