If you haven't been to a market in this part of Europe you'll be amazed at the mountains of strawberries and cherries in massive piles , the abundance is amazing. Lots of choice but remember to have the local currency as no one will take Euros. I really enjoyed the cherry slice, bakery section is underground. more

I love European markets and Dolac is one of the best. There are both indoor and outdoor spots, selling everything from grocery items (fruit, dairy, meat, fish) to prepared foods to souvenirs.
