Lots of things to do, big green open space, you can rent bikes for a price or even for free it it's not too crowded, they usually have at least one big-tent event (like a beer festival, food festival, music festival, etc.). Plus, the fountains always help with the heat gets insufferable!

Old trees, a beautiful lake, some impressive statues (the "Giants" - one is made by Dimitrie Paciurea and the other one - by Frederic Storck). The legend says: those twins were in love with the same woman, and she could not decide which is her real love. Trying to test how big is their love for her, she jumped into... More

You can find here an impressive army monument with guards changing ceremonials and a stunning wide open terrace, a lake, a few restaurants, many corners of pure nature, in the middle of the forrest, a little island with ducks and rabbits, and even a summer theatre. It is close to downtown and not very hard to find a parking spot.

Nice park, but not so big, not so nice like Cismigiu or Herastrau, by my opinion.

You can take a walk in this small park, just close to the Unirii Square. You can see also the Technical Museum there, quite interesting.
