I had the good fortune of spending two weeks in May at this school with an excellent instructor. I have studied Spanish intensively at several schools in Antigua, and this school clearly ranks as the best. The owner and director, Julio, understands high quality instruction, prepares his faculty accordingly, and provides close supervision to ensure students get what they need... More

Very professional and high quality. At first I didn't like my teacher so i asked to change. Julio took it very seriously and we made the change. It was the best two weeks of our trip. Ask for Waleska, she is the best teacher at the school.

After a year's absence, I returned to find the school running like a beehive with students and «professoras». I returned to get more proficient. My understanding became better and I was able to apply my learnings immediately during my trip in the countryside as well as in another country in Central America (Nicaragua). The school's administration and teachers are working... More

I attended the academy for two plus weeks during my sabbatical. I'd had Spanish back in high school, years ago, but feel like I'd lost it in the ensuing decades. I can honestly say I learned more in my stay at Antiguena than I did in two years in high school. My teacher was Illiana, and she was helpful and... More

My wife and I came to Antigua in September and after two months we are conversant in Spanish. The teachers are very highly qualified and the school is very flexible with hours. We loved working with Carlos and Nidia in particular. We highly recommend this school as way to enjoyably and quickly learn Spanish.
