I recently spent time working as a teaching volunteer in Antigua and would like to recommend an adventure company in the town called "Old Town Outfitters". They do bike rentals and organise trips to the surrounding area. I spent two weekends at Lake Atitlan with the company and did biking, kayaking and hiking.
