Ask anyone from Moscow to Kiev what's the most happening place in summer? They will say Odessa, meaning Arkadia district of Odessa. Plenty of nightlife for all kinds of budget, some very nice private beaches fro daytime, couple good hotels - everything you need to have the weekend of your life there. And the best women you've ever seen. Seriously. more

In September, 2008 I stayed in Arcadia with my two friends and though we had a reasonably fun time; the lay of the land wasn't so intuitive as more traveled destinations so some words of advice might go a long way if it's your first time. First, we stayed at the Arcadia Hotel, which had "undergone renovation." Spartan at best... more

Arcadia district is an amazing place !!! I've been there two or tree times and i always had fun. Full of young people (very nice girls there...) and nice clubs.
