Definitely worth a visit if you have any interest in the conflicts that happened in the 90's or photography. Haunting images , also images from other parts of the world.

This was extremely sad to view the photo's of those who perished in the 1991 / 1992 war. Shows the strength of the citizens - very proud of them.
This exhibition really brings home what the war meant.

This "Homeland War" exhibition is moving but so very worthwhile. The quality and presentation of the photos is excellent as wells as being factual. It shows not only what was recorded but is supplemented by written guides with quotes from around the world at the time. There are also video screens recording other correspondents work from other arenas.
This gallery is dedicated to the larger war and not specificaly Dubrovnik. There are two other galleries/museums on the Dubrovnik seige. I thought it was well laid out and whislt some of it was quite graphic and upsetting it makes you look at the war and sacrifices. I learnt alot and would highly recommend this

It is difficult to believe what the local people must have imagined that fateful morning at around 7.00 am when the bombs came.
Simply and strikingly curated. Moving images which tell a very strong story. Would be nice if there was more information available in the exhibit, however if you vist the museum shop the books there will tell you much more. The images are poignant.
I couldnt get over how while I was in Dubroknik it was so peaceful with people from all over the world walking around getting along and you look at these pictures at the War that took place such a short time ago...time heals all wounds...but will mankind ever learn from its mistakes or are we doomed by our nature to...
