I had a 21:00 hrs ferry to Vis - toilets dirty, no paper, air dryers not working, bar closed, totally nothing to do for 150 minutes of sailing...terrible

Used the Jadrolinija Ferries on 4 occasions in Croatia (Bari to Dubrovnik; Split to Hvar; Hvar to Split; Split to Ancona). They were efficient, pleasant and comfortable. Economy cabins were small but clean. Ferries left and arrived on time and we got the impression it was a well managed company providing a professional service.

They run all of the inter island ferries and the one to Ancona in Italy. I took the Ancona ferry. Good value I felt, there are TVs on board an a snack bar but really little else to do on the 6 hour cruise. Sun loungers are on the top deck.
