Nice idea, but not very impressing. It's in front of the Youth sports center (next to the stadium), a block away from Mother Teresa street, so easy to find. But it's not very tall, covered with signatures of people who fought against the Serbs (but looks like graffiti).
This is just like the photos on the internet, do not o out of your way to visit. Try the restaurants around the corner.
Although the NEWBORN monument is covered with graffiti, I do feel it is important to understand the history behind it to appreciate it. The monument was placed there after Kosovo declared its independence as a new country (hence, newborn). The public was allowed to write their signatures on it, and still seems to be a tradition today, although the monument...

Not so interesting, dirty and greasy. Pretty sad sight.
This monument is easy to miss as it is so covered with graffiti that it looks really poor, dirty and tasteless. Although it has a meaning, since it is not maintained it really looks bad.
A Graffiti covered Bric-a-Brac 'monument, spelling NEWBORN ? A little bit naff and poor show for Europe's Newcomers!
The monument is covered in graffiti and is next to a run down shopping mall. Noisy traffic, no sense of history or occasion. The row of ATMs next to it is more interesting!
