Cost 4 BGN, interesting to walk around inside it. Maybe an hour to explore it and you still have time to do other things.

I went to the Roman Thermae in Varna in June 2008. Entry was quite cheap--only 2 Lev for student price, I think--but there is very little information once inside. Bulgaria doesn't really seem to know how to make the best of the few attractions it does have. If you've been to any of the Roman ruins in Turkey then this will be a disappointment. It's small, not that well preserved and also overgrown.
